Order Processing Times

Ready-to-Ship Items

  • Processed within 2–4 business days

  • Ships after payment confirmation

Custom / Made-to-Order / Bridal Orders

  • Processing time: 4–10 weeks

  • Timeline varies based on design, embroidery, sizing, and alterations

  • Estimated completion date will be provided after purchase

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). During peak wedding and festive seasons, processing times may be extended.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

International Shipping

As of now we don't ship International.

Bridal & Time-Sensitive Orders

We strongly recommend placing bridal orders 8–12 weeks before your event.

If your wedding or event date is approaching:

  • Please contact us before placing your order.

  • Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

We are not responsible for delays caused by late measurements, customer approval delays, or shipping carrier issues.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier:

  • Taj Cottage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of:

    • The packaging

    • The damaged item

We will not be able to assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

You may select Free Local Pickup at checkout.
