3. Custom & Bridal Orders

Bridal and custom garments are made-to-order and subject to our Bridal & Exchange Policy.

By placing a custom or bridal order, you agree that:

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Production begins after order confirmation

  • Measurements provided by the customer are final

  • Minor alterations may be required after delivery

Taj Cottage is not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods offered through Shopify’s secure checkout system powered by
Shopify.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

Taj Cottage is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Force majeure events

Once an order is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Custom, bridal, altered, and sale items may be final sale.
